Washington Redskins new name?

I've seen that floating around. The company that is in charge of all the domain names for the NFL teams has secured the rights to that one just recently, I believe.

I think it should have been the Monuments...get it? The Washington Monuments....

Horrible, in my opinion. Should be two syllables at most. And there’s no natural way to shorten it, like the Skins, the Cards, the Jags or the Boys. The Ders? I suppose they could go with the Commies. The Washington Commies? I may be onto something.

The new name is deeply hurtful to all oppressed and disenfranchised vulnerable minorities who have been "commanded" by their oppressors. Everyone involved in coming up with the new name should resign and apologize profusely and take the necessary time to reflect and to listen to the voices of those who are hurt by this name. The NFL should employ grief counselors to help those hurt by this name get through this hard time. I will be an ally to the "commanded" everywhere. This violence stops with me.
