Might need to start playing more of the freshmen. Would be good to have the depth to press all game.

Falden needs to work on his hustle for rebounds. He has 0. Edward's off the bench has 7 and Molson has 5 as comparison guards.

Falden ain't a Molson or even a Strickland. The dude plays lazy. Unfortunately we've got nobody else to put in.

Whatever it is, it doesn’t seem to be a good defensive team. Considering his roots, that’s shocking.

Yea, I’m not sure who is charge of D, but we’re a bad defensive team. Constantly out of position, late to rotate, and usually just running at a wide open shooter. COVID and injuries are certainly playing a part, and the energy seems good, but we are giving up points at will.

Unfortunately I already bought tickets for Saturday. On the positive side I got the alumni special for $8. Maybe some of the bench will be available to play.

I wouldn’t call it pitiful. The Dukes were good on offense, but could not defend Drexel. They got lit up by open 3’s in the first half, then adjusted but that resulted in getting lit up on the interior in the second half.
Williams was very impressive and JMU had no match for him in the paint. So good that they sat Butler most of the time even though he is an all CAA player and a double double machine himself.

The Dukes have dug a huge hole by losing 3 of its first 5 CAA home games. Good teams simply don’t lose at home with frequency. This one was a head scratcher for me. Coach By had 5 days to prep and the team had more than enough rest. Drexel pretty much controlled the game from beginning to end

Not sure I buy the current injury excuse when we have routinely played 9-10 players with decent minutes. We should be able to overcome that unless a frontcourt player is not playing.
