I'd be happy if we just don't keep giving these stupid 10 yard cushions to the other teams wide receivers and learn how to actually wrap up someone and tackle them. No more of this sissy bumping someone and expecting them to go down.

For Pete's sake if you're playing on defense tackle somebody and make em feel it.

I don't know but he made $600k last year at Ohio State as a DB coach. He probably took a pay cut to run his own defense at Memphis. We have been paying DCs around the $400k range for last few years. Although I think we honestly need to be paying both coordinators and other assistants more if we want to keep them around for more than a year.
