Is Juarez still having issues ?

Last time we travelled to NMSU did a lot of shopping just over the El Paso border. Really enjoyed it.

I don't think so. Its not like it was in the mid 2000's with a cartel war going on.

Went to jaurez back in 1997 for New Years. Awesome time $10 drink and drown. Went to Sun Bowl for a bowl game in El Paso. Spent time there for some military training. Also, Las Cruces is a really neat little college town too. It’s a pretty cool slice of the world.

Ah the $10 drink and drown brings back so many memories. My friends and I used to cross over when we were 18 to get **** faced. Juarez is still rough. Usually either the capital murder of the world or in the top 3. I stay away from it.
