The lady Dukes travel down the road after their win at UNCW Friday to Charleston to take on the Cougars today at 2:00 PM. game will be broadcast on FLO as usual. Last game of a four game road trip.

CofC beat Towson on Friday in a high scoring affair. Hopefully the Dukes will be able to keep pace with CofC's high octane offense and play enough defense to lock down some of their high scorers. Should be an interesting game to say the least.

Hopefully the team had no travel issues in getting from Wilmington down to Charleston due to the winter storm and ice that was supposed to hit that area Friday and Saturday. Wife and I were planning on being at both games but the bad weather caused us to stay home.

Good game by the Dukes today against a high scoring CofC team. The Cougars shot poorly but the Dukes did very well on the boards outrebounding CofC 50-36. Also as important they went 17 of 18 from the FT line. The last couple of losses featured poor FT shooting which was a deciding factor in each loss.

Next up Hofstra at AUBC on Friday. Hope the winning streak continues. Dukes are now 4-2 in "conference"

Has anyone heard an update on Claire Neff?

Only got to watch the fourth quarter of yesterday’s game, but they looked pretty good, even with the late scare from Charleston. I listened to Coach O’s interview after the last game and he gave some insight about Jamia Hazell and working with her on playing team ball. I hope she responds.

Haven't heard anything as of today. Hopefully someone will ask about her and the other injured players (Abby) and transfers as to what their status is at the Fan and Press Conference tomorrow.

It might be that the coaches are bringing Kozlova and Williams up to speed on the plays etc. and will use them a few more games on. Or Coach O may choose to hold them out until next year. We could kind of use Kozlova at center, if she's a true center, so Goodman could go back to her position as a post player, or she could spell Goodman at times. I would like to see her put some muscle on though, she looks kind of skinny.
