Positionless bball with unskilled players was doomed to fail from the start. Team is severely fundamentally challenged. Ballhandling, passing, boxing out, defensive stunts, setting screens, picks, rolls, communication e.t.c all are piss poor.

Coach's team has ranked in the bottom for turnovers all four of his years yet players are allowed to make the same errors handling the ball. Yikes. No other coach in the country would allow Dandridge to play like he's Jokavic handling the ball. That's an automatic turnover. No roles. No boundaries based on skillset and lack thereof....

Until fundamentals and coaching improve, team play will remain the same. Oh well....

Just listened to an interview on SiriusXM radio channel 84 Full Ride with Kelvin Sampson. Night & day different philosophy from Penny regarding who he recruits, how he coaches, how he brings players along - absolutely refreshing to the point you realize the logic of how playing & coaching should be at the college level.

Also Memphis isn't the only team missing players. It's the way of life in college and the NBA. Just ask the Grizzlies.

Coach them well so you can go to next man up...
