Not necessarily . Like if charges for something not yet filed or investigation pending . Whatever it is he’s done IMO just based on timing. He has net played or practiced since 2021.

I'm not saying Frank is necessarily the pick, but it shouldn't be Sanderson, Beniers or Power. Only reason for them to win it is hype and pro future which shouldn't factor in. Their production, while impressive, doesn't measure up.
