Good Question
Jesse Kelly just tweeted out a great question. Maybe some of our resident leftists around here can answer it.
Why do we need a “voting rights” bill if “2020 was the fairest election in history”?
Dems speak with forked tongue and out of both sides of their mouths.....

RE: Good Question
I've asked this question of the progressives I know. They want to federalize all of the ease-of-voting measures put in place during covid. They do not believe there was fraud and we saw the largest turn out of voters in history so they think the voting changes were good. Now ask a conservative and they are going to have the completely different outlook on it.
Interesting perspective on this. DJT loves to brag that he got more votes of any other incumbent in history and surely he had to benefit from these lax covid voting protocols. I'd love to replay this election with 2016 rules and see how the chips fell. Not just the winner, but turn out. I think DJT would have won in a landslide if no other reason than many progressives were afraid to leave their house.

Nope. Strawman.
Trump didn’t benefit from ‘lax Covid protocols’. You can SEE how he gained 11 million more voters and the highest minority turnout for Republican in 60 years; be it through his tough immigration stance and outreach to Hispanics where he flipped blue counties; to an American First agenda contrary to a Globalist agenda; to his massive crowds where he fired up people.
You didn’t see that with Biden who was literally hiding in his basement and had rallies of 12 people. If you say that people were so fed up with Trump that they were ready to buy into Biden no matter what then the metrics of the election would had demonstrated that outside of the total raw numbers.
That’s didn’t happened. Every metric pointed to a Trump landslide not a Biden victory. It only took a massive flip literally overnight when everyone went home and several days later of counting for Biden to be declared the winner.

Convince me otherwise...

RE: Good Question
20 million more people “voted” in 2020 than any previous Presidential election, during a global pandemic, with an uninspiring dem candidate who had failed to garner any support in several former attempts at the office. That lame candidate got more than 10MM more votes than his former boss, who was the most charismatic, engaging candidate in a few generations that was a source of inspiration to a massive amount of people.
But it was all legit, cross my heart.

These are good points
Trump grabbed tons of new voting blocks and outperformed across the board.
Biden knew he had to target certain counties and absolutely 100% get the large majority of those votes, it was his only path. And as of 2 or 3 am it was bleak....then well then we all know what magically happened.
