This POS was scoping out women at that subway station before pushing 40 year old Michelle Go in front of an approaching subway train Monday morning.

The man who did this is 61 year old Simon Martial.

Police officials said the killing, including whether it was a hate crime, was under investigation, but noted that the first woman Martial allegedly approached was not Asian. Martial is Black.

His criminal history includes multiple prior arrests and police sources say he'd been on parole.

“He does have in the past three emotionally disturbed encounters with us that we have documented,” Wilcox said.

Investigators believe the man was experiencing homelessness at the time of the assault.

Well, I guess this psychotic loser rationalized that being homeless justified randomly killing women waiting for the subway. Plus he initially targeted a white woman, so I commend this murderer for being an "equal opportunity" killer.

An appropriate death sentence for tough guy Martial is to let Go's husband or brother or son or father push him in front of a subway train. Inhumane? Barbaric? No, absolutely JUSTIFIED. Let him experience the same panic, fear and pain that he enjoyed inflicting on others.
