Well, I agree with him.

Yeah, but you're old and don't like fun stuff.

I'm old, like fun stuff, and think the design should have been smaller. IMO those who like it see great art until a game gets going; then it's hard to watch the action, especially on tv.

Interestring. I've never had any issues with it regarding watching the action either live or on tv.

Same with me. I like the floor. And I’m older than dirt.

LOL. I am old and don’t remember what used to be fun.

Nice run over the last minute to tie it up at the half. 32-32.

Gotta shoot better (Kueth kind of seems like he's possibly got it tonight), clean up the TOs and shoot better from the line.

It's a lot to ask but its tied and this game is winnable.

Keep pressuring BG, they're turning it over a ton too. Also, gotta work it in to Makuoi when he's in. BG has some foul trouble brewing and they don't have an imposing post player that is too much of Makuoi.

Although...one problem with my "advice" is with Makuoi getting fouled more means he's going to the line more and that is not something that is in NIUs favor.

In regards to the court, I obviously like it but I do think it could be updated and look better.

When they installed it, NIU was one of the first teams to have a super detailed court and since then, I think the technology has improved and some teams have some really nice and awesome courts.

I think Oregon is my favorite as its surrounded by evergreen trees. One of the teams in the Big West (maybe Long Beach State) has a bunch of palm trees that looks good.

Anyway, I do think it could be updated but we all know NIU doesn't have the money to just by a new floor so, we're going to have to like it for a while (if we don't already).

Does anyone know why we have two different sets of announcers?

I've seen Andy Garcia work with both Amato and Lindy but I'm not sure who this PbP guy is. Although, I do know that he mispronounced Chris Osten's name.

I don't mind the floor, good to stand out as a G5. Maybe a different design, but better than a simple logo ad mid-court.

I have no idea how you think our floor “stands out as a G5”. Never have heard of our standing out due to our floor. I just think it is way too dark (particularly for TV) and, if you didn’t know already know what the eyes were, you would have absolutely no idea.

Every time we catch them……..they jump out by 6/8 points. I am not sensing this is going to end well.

One more foul on Plowden and that might change.

And how they did't whistle him on Williams' drive is questionable, at best.

They must be soccer refs.
