Rolleyes Houston 66-64 against Tulsa
I know it doesn't make anyone feel any better but the flagship gave up a 17pt halftime lead to Tulsa. They did at least end up winning.

Yes, gave up a 17 point lead. UH is down to 3 scholarship guards, none of whom are PG's, but focus on the lead that was blown rather than the fact that they are 4-0 in conference with the insane amount of injuries and production that has been lost. There are probably some L's coming until/if Jamal Shead, the PG comes back, but I for one am proud of the fight of the 7 guys who could play.

yea, I've never heard any excuses from Kelvin Sampson. dude just keeps on winning. That's what winners do. Penny could learn a lot from watching how Houston is handling adversity

Houston has a bunch of freshman playing and are out with their 3 top players and they still win away games.

Sampson doesn't make excuses. He has a system that works.

Houston has a better coach...And a much more balanced roster.
