Like I said last night tough loss but didn’t kill us. We are first four out. We need to get healthy though. Go tigers

So is the loss last night a Quad 1 loss or a Quad 2 loss? Lunardi has us right behind UCF.

I applaud the optimism but we’re not getting in. This team will probably get a couple of nice wins but we have bad losses and will undoubtedly have more. That’s who we are. This is ridiculous with the talent we have and a vastly improved coaching staff that we’re even questioning if we will make the tournament.

100% agree. We are 9-6. Virginia Tech is 0-4 in ACC and Alabama about to drop out of top 25. We will be lucky for one of our current wins to end up Q1. At this point, we could only lose 2 more games in the regular season, and there is maybe a 2% chance of that at best

It’s makes no difference how much talent we have, we do not have a seasoned point guard to direct our so called “ talent”

RE: Bracketology update
Georgia's net ranking is 222. If that drops to 241+, then Memphis will receive a Quad 4 loss.
Alabama's NET ranking is at 23. If that drops to 31+, then Memphis will drop a Q1 win to a Q2 win.
Virginia Tech, a team that is 0-4 in ACC play so far, has a NET ranking of 39. If that drops to 51+, then Memphis will lost a Q1 win to a Q2 win. Virginia Tech hosts Notre Dame (currently 2nd in the ACC) on Saturday. After that, the next 5 of the 7 Hokies' games are on the road with Miami and Georgia Tech being the two home games.
Don't know what will happen in the future for those teams. However, Memphis got to win games on the road. We only have 1 road win.

At this point, the games Memphis has to win are the conference tourney games. It's our only likely path to a tourney bid, unfortunately.

We have been missing 3 of out top 8 in every game accept 1... And in that 1 game we won by a ton.

Do you think that 1 loss was so bad that it completely excludes us.

That's not what they are saying... if they are not stupid. What they are saying is that loss is an indicator of our future performance.

Yes, we were in before UCF and now we have no chance unless we win our conference tournament. Very predictable that you would say something completely free of common sense or facts.

Are we the only team that doesn't have factors such as injuries that factor in?
Last year our record with DW was NCAAT worthy, without a doubt.
