Ole Miss hired Charlie Weiss, Jr. who is 29 now but has been a OC at FAU and USF since 2018 (when he was 25).

White is probably the most qualified person in the country to be an OC of the people with Zero coaching experience -

he will probably be one of the quickest learners and move up very fast and be a great coach IF that is the path he chooses , but he is in no position to be an Offensive coordinator for a D1 team this year

Which means he’ll be offered the job.

By your estimate Knute Rockne was in no position to become the head coach at Notre Dame 4 yrs after he graduated from Notre Dame. Good thing someone had the courage to take the risk.

that was 1918 and football has changed a bit. stop using this logic to beat the same drum every time anyone says brady doesnt have coaching experience

He ignores the fact that Rockne spent those four years as an assistant coach and was 30 years old when he was made head coach. Ignores or doesn’t know.
