I like to sample bourbons/whiskeys and have sampled/tried maybe 80-90 different ones now (Pappy is overrated IMO). My home bar currently has about 15 bottles of bourbon/whiskeys/scotches and my favorite sipper is either Old Forester Statesman or Buffalo Trace and I usually put a rock in mine. But my main cocktail is an Old Fashion where my favorite bourbon for that is Bulleit. I also throw in a Luxardo cherry and sometimes I use a cocktail smoker.
My fav non-alcoholic drink is tea that is barely sweetened. I used 1/4 cup of sugar per gallon.
Forgot to add my morning coffee which is the darkest roast I can get at Costco and I must have half and half and sugar in the raw.
Also, here is the list of what I currently have for the home bar. I only average 2-5 drinks per week, but we also entertain on a regular basis, so we are usually pretty stocked up.
Casamigos tequila
Patron tequila
Hendricks Gin
Plantation Rum
Grey Goose vodka
Hardy Cognac
Macallan 15 Yr Scotch
Johnnie Walker 18 Yr Scotch
Pikesville Rye
Sazerak Rye
Hibiki
Nikki Coffey Grain
Willett
Makers 46
Buffalo Trace
Mitcher's
Eagle Rare
Old Forester Statesman
Bulleit
Elijah Craig
To have for mixing:
Black label Jack
Jose tequila
Skyy vodka
Other items:
triple sec
bitters (regular, black walnut and chocolate flavored)
Grenadine
tonic water, soda water and orange, lime and lemon juices.
large ice cubes
simple syrup

Freedom Blend here! Black Rifle is expensive, but really tasty.

RE: OT: What's Everyone Drinking?
As another said I too like experimenting with various Tennessee Whiskeys, Bourbons, and Scotches. I finally and recently tried Uncle Nearest since it's only about 15 min from where I grew up. It was pretty good. I'm always interested in trying a new Bourbon or Scotch. If someone says this is the best whiskey I've ever had (and I've not tried it) I would probably go look for it on my way home tonight.
From a mass production perspective a Macallan 12 or 15 always hits the spot particularly with just about any cigar I'm smoking. Highlands Scotches do well with my palate. However, I find Johnny Walker to be perpetually awful.
I also like red wine. Particularly Italians from the Tuscany region (Brunello) and Bordeaux's from France.

Have you tried Johnnie Walker green label? It's actually pretty good; I don't drink the other kinds.

How's Laphroaig and Glenlivet? Those two are high on my list to try. I just got done with a bottle of Ardbeg 10 and wonder how the peatiness compares to Laphroaig.
Other than Ardbeg, I also recently finished off Copper Cross hybrid whiskey and Bulleit Rye. For the price, Buffalo Trace is up there as best bang for buck. Also don't knock Evan Williams bottled-in-bond; it's actually really good for it's $15-20 price tag.

My FIL is big into Peaty scotches.. First time I had Laphroig, to me the first swig tasted like rubbing alcohol. However since that initial taste I've liked it. It's a different taste, not quite what I'm used to but it's a nice change up. Glenlivet is not as harsh and a bit smoother IMO. The French Oak bottle I have doesn't even taste like scotch and is extremely smooth and dangerous.

My every day just getting things done everyman beer is Trader Joe's "Simpler Times" Pilsner. Nothing fancy and gets the job done. $3.99 for a six pack.
I also like the Trader Joe's JosephsBrau line. Their hefeweisen is a great $7.49 six pack. Because it's winter I'm also putting down a six pack of the Trader Joe's Winters Ride Double Bock and Sierra Nevada Celebration.
If you like a dark beer, I highly recommend trying "Stella Artois Midnight Lager" A friend brought a 6 pack over to our house recently, and encouraged me to ty one, it was really quite tasty.

RE: OT: What's Everyone Drinking?
I didn't start drinking until I was in my 30s, so I never forced myself to like beer just to be cool teenager :) I like sweet drinks. Not Your Father's Root Beer is a favorite of mine. I've liked other alcoholic root beers, but that one stands out. I like margaritas and the like and was recently surprised by a canned margarita that actually tastes' like the real thing: Clubtails Sunny Margarita. I like most white wines, again because I like sweet. The local winery/distillery has several great wines and a "Muscashine" that tastes like a smooth muscadine wine (which I'm a sucker for, since I grew up shaking vines to get fresh muscadines) but is deceptively strong (40 proof). They also have an outstanding Port that is only a little less stout than the Muscashine. I've only had two Ports, but have liked them both.

RE: OT: What's Everyone Drinking?
Concerning bourbons/whisk(e)y. Personally, I think 5 or 6 of them would give a decent enough of variety for most people wanting to take the next step. I'm pairing down my bourbon collection over time to something closer to the below from my current 15 or so bottles.
Rye
Bourbon with a high rye content
Bourbon with a high wheat content/wheated bourbon
One or two "dealer's choice" bourbons for sipping
"cheap" mixer to mix with Coke or something like that
Throw in a Japanese whiskey if you want one.
