My dad still gets the hard copy which includes no weekend editions. Friday scores and weekend stories are available Monday. Maybe.

I understand that, but for those not living in the stone age, there is this thing called the internet and I really don't think it's a passing fad. One can get scores instantly--even on one of those cellular telephones.

I get the Sunday paper, mostly just because it grants me internet access and serves as a firestarter for the firepit.

My dad will be 90 next month. He just started watching Archie Bunker about 10 years ago. I told him he could read online for cheaper but his wife knows somebody and they, according to him, get a great deal. Probably $30 a month.

Tiger sports is what brings the clicks to the CA. It's a shame the football beat writer is poor at his job.

02-13-banana Same with my mom who passed away at 104 yrs. old and was still sharp as a tack. Drove until she was 96 and was a very good (and fast) driver. Gave up her keys to us when we asked for them with no argument.

Call in to cancel and they will offer a great deal.

The Memphian and the MBJ are much better sources of info.
