Hate to ask a potentially dumb question, but does Nexstar coverage mean it's on TV around here?

Any updates on who's available today? I'm guessing Weber's still out?

Weber dressed and "available", but will probably see limited action.

3 TOs at first media timeout. 1/2 the possessions so far a TO.

ETSU sooo much better with Webber. He's active and playing well.

King 0/5 from deep for the first half.

We know you can't pin a W or L on one play...........but the 5-point possession for Wofford in the middle of the first half was a very big deal.

As I said weeks ago, we got nobody who can handle B.J. Mack. No surprise there.

We could easily be up 10 if we were hitting our 3s. Or down 10 if *they* were hitting theirs.

3 pt game. Both teams have not played their best but I think if Ty and King (especially King) can get rolling we should have
a really good chance. King seems to have a short memory so he should be able to shoot his way back.

King is starting to hit, but Wofford has multiple guys hitting. The lack of an inside offense tonight is problematic.

11 point deficit. About to get ugly. We cannot go into these conference games expecting to win shootouts. It’s a sniper conference. BJ Mack has hit 2 from deep, for heaven’s sake.

EDIT: Have we even attempted a 2 point shot in the last 10 minutes? Every possession is a broken record—guards pass the ball around the perimeter, maybe during a weave, the weave stops, perhaps 1 pass to a forward who passes it immediately back to the perimeter. Someone takes a long bomb 1 on 1. Do we not have any plays?

well been wrong about King so far he hit 1 but still a long way from back.
Biggest thing I am seeing is lots of silly unforced turnovers, just throwing the ball away/awkward bad passes.

ETSU hasn’t really had any set plays for the past couple years. I do not enjoy watching this style of basketball. I’d like to go back through the live stats at some point and see how many possessions in a row in the second half were a three point shot or turnover.

The game was just off, they couldn't get in sync, I mean I find it hard to believe that working Weber back into the rotation threw them off that much, you would think adding some height back into the middle (not that Weber actually seemed to be in the lane much) would HELP to rebound. Yeah, the ball took some funky bounces but nobody seemed to go after it.
Very disjointed game, with so many careless passes and people not seeming to be where they should be.

Sloan and L. Brewer: 8/14 from outside. Rest of team: 2/14.

Offensive boards: Woofers 11; ETSU 2. That's right - TWO.

2nd chance points: Woofers 21; ETSU 1. That's right: 21 to 1. Egads.

Scoring: Sloan 24; L. Brewer 16; Weber 6; nobody else more than 3.

In the second half, both Sloan and L. Brewer were trying to do too much - forcing shots right and left. And forcing passes, too. Sloan 7 TOs; L. Brewer 4. Yes, both of them had the ball in their hands a lot, which is a product of trying to do too much. Has Sloan ever had that many TOs since he came here?

Bucs only took *3* shots in the second half that were not from deep. That's ridiculous. (And one of those was the late alley oop to Ty Brewer.)

No inside presence. Most teams in the SoCon have some type of inside presence. This could become a broken record the rest of the year.

Because of Wofford's second-chance points and ETSU's TOs............the Terriers took SIXTEEN more shots. Dang. Hard to win against that.

I feel very pessimistic about this team. Nothing happens off ball. Just a bunch of standing around. No real offensive plays. We just suck at the half court, so if the fast break isn't there, we have to hit a very high percentage of threes to play with anybody in the league.

Recognizing we didn't have the depth at the bigs we hoped/expected, this still has to fall primarily on bad coaching.

If you want to get really depressed, imagine this lineup next year without LA and Sloan.
