All but one of the Blazers' 12 wins have come by double digits (they beat Saint Louis 77-72), and they've also had some pretty good near misses against the likes of West Virginia (65-59), San Francisco (63-61) and South Carolina (66-63). Winning close games in a top-heavy Conference USA should get easier as point guard and Tulane transfer Jordan Walker gets more comfortable.

Feels good to get national recognition again. Even if an at-large is out of the cards this year, I feel we’re right on the cusp of being in that discussion, which hasn’t happened in what, a decade? Next year I think is the leap that everyone was expecting this year…. Though that’s not to say that we can’t do a little something this year still.

Go undefeated in conference play and we are getting an at-large bid.

The word that comes to mind is: relevance. Come what may, we're being talked about in early January. That's a good thing.

I agree. AK said on this week's radio show, the only guys who have for sure exhausted all of their eligibility are Quan, Ertel, and Brown. Everyone else has the option to come back. He indicated the staff would be hitting the portal again in the Spring.

Maybe everyone on the board can pool some money and we can get a BlazerTalk NIL deal together for a shooter
