The color looked a little different than i expected (almost purplish) but my daughter and i both liked it alot. She was going to get something else but after trying the sample wanted the Bearcat flavor also. Has a cream cheese flavor from the marscapone. Delicious.

I didn't remember it being purple before. Maybe from the recipe change.

Everyone posting in this thread is making me jealous. Doc’s orders - I can’t eat anything that contains gluten. Wish I could because gluten makes EVERYTHING taste better.

Surprised Lindner UDF does not put out a UC Ice Cream.

I'd be surprised if UC is limited by its deal with Graeter's.

I agree, UDF could do more of a mass market priced, Bearcat-themed product. I believe they already do one seasonally for the Cincinnati Reds. More exposure; more revenue--a winning proposition.

Something along the lines of a really chunky cherry cordial.

I don't understand the liking of raspberry. Awful flavor.

That's a pretty tasty product in their Homemade brand and is already black, red, and white. Bearcat Cordial--print the cartons and roll. 04-cheers

I will do more quality control on it after i finish my existing pints. We both just got a scoop at the store. I'm not drinking beer (dry January) and i'm not buying soft drinks (although i am drinking my reserve), but i didn't give up icecream for New Years.
