there are two versions of dems … those that cannot (the bulk), and those that can profit from “the bulk”…

I guess technically it's perhaps the same poll but those are two different questions. One is a question of Biden's economy while the other is a question of Trump's overall approval. But even only slightly intelligent people - me for instance - caught that.

The difference between approval rating for Trump and Biden is that about 52% of voters never gave him the benefit of the doubt once he won. They hoped he failed and were never going to say they approved of him or anything he did, even if it was right and is now being copied by the Biden administration. His approval rating never fell much relative to the starting point and he never lost his base. In fact, his support among his based remained in the 90%+ range all 4 years.

Biden, on the other hand, came in with much better numbers but has seen his numbers significantly erode across the spectrum of dems, independents and republicans.

Biden is calling because of what he’s done, Trump didn’t go up because of who he was.
