Ray Harper a few years ago. Can't recall if was the year we hired Beard, Wes, or Darrell. Anyway, looks like he has done a nice job with Jacksonville State. They certainly looked pretty good drubbing us on our home court. I felt like he was a good coach at WKU and was rather excited about his possible hiring here. Thought we played a good first half today. We also played a good first half in the game I attended at Tulsa. Unfortunately, there is a second half in every game. Having Nikola back was nice but, unfortunately, he got in foul trouble almost from the outset of the game. We need DeAntonio back, if we are going to be competitive in the Sun Belt, but I have no clue what his status is.

I thought CUSA was pretty desperate inviting Jacksonville State. However, their football team beat Florida State this season and their basketball team embarrassed us today. Seems like they will do just fine in CUSA.
