Does Cayo have the ugliest foul shot or what? Thing is, they go in.

I'm really starting to think this team is simpy not very smart.

3-20 on 3s. How pathetic can you get. And this team was supposed to be loaded with shooters.

Yeah some blatant ones that should've been no calls down the stretch. When the opposing announcers say it was tic tac then it probably was.

It's every game. It's mind boggling. And it's why we're losing. If that goes to even a normal bad number rather than pathetic bad we win tonight and the vcu game.

It's every year. How is it that JJ can't find a shooter year after year?

I think Stines has potential, but we've seen this movie before. Hopefully he actually sticks around and continues to improve.

Trice is a beast - and is my favorite player given how much heart he plays with. Jaylin has proven he can run point with skill. Kalu and CJ need to step up, mature, and lead this team. Both made huge mistakes that cost us the game. And Stines is a breath of fresh air with his shooting.

Fouling the shooter, ugh. The hustle was there, but need to put the ball in the hoop. Why does AJ starts over Trice.

It would help if the team's third big man wasn't a bust, but judging by his lack of playing time he must be. Same story, different season.

Richmond has two players that are good down the stretch, they will make crucial plays and baskets. ODU has no such player.

Agreed. He deserved to win tonight. If Kalu and Trice can figure it out, we will be a force. And CJ needs to step up and assume his role. He is the missing link and the key to get us rolling. Or not.

Folks, it’s the same sheet of music, just a different year. Things just don’t change under JJ.
The guys played hard yesterday. But, when Kalu fouls out, we lose. Can he ever consistently figure this out? He only had 1 foul at Bill and Mary, he had a great game, we win. He has only 3 fouls at Mason, solid game, we win.
Second, we are a horrible shooting team. I don’t care what accolades a player comes in with, let our coaches get ahold of him, we will fix that. Again, this is the case, year after year. The only exception under JJ, Trey Freedom. We shoot 3 of 20 from 3, you are not going to win. If Trice would have had help, we were in position to win. Until the bone head play by CJ and the really bad Ref calls at the end.
Disappointed we didn’t win, but certainly not surprised with the loss.

No but still a letdown spot with that game being Friday, and then our game on Sunday. Richmond will get up for a game against NC State. They did.

Must be nice to get a game with an ACC team! And of course Richmond would be more up for NC State, ACC team, then playing a team with a losing record.
