The cancellation article.
The Memphis Tigers’ game vs. No. 18 Tennessee has been cancelled due to COVID-19 protocols within the Memphis program.
Saturday’s game was canceled with just an hour before tip-off between the two in-state rivals.
It’s Lomax vs. Chandler, the point guard who got away
The University of Memphis said all tickets will be refunded via original point of purchase.
The matchup between the Tigers and Vols is just the latest sports event to be canceled due to the COVID-19 winter surge.

According to GP and Calkins yesterday on the radio, while Chandler was offered, they didnt really try to recruit him. So he didnt really get away if Penny never wanted him.

That's always what I've been told.
The dad was very clear he was leaving town.
So Penny didn't waste resources.
