First, he could definitely be a QB coach. He knows the position. Not every former player has to start as an analyst. He has also been working with the team this season.

Second, no it's not speculation. He's stated that has been a goal for more than a year. He called as many plays on the field as QB than Norvell called from the sidelines. Many of our long runs were checks that Brady made, not the play called. Coach Norvell said that many times in coaches shows. It was one of the main reasons Brady was basically our only QB. He knew the offense well enough to call the whole game and had freedom to do quite a bit of it.

Just throwing that out there...don't roast me.

brady white isnt qualified to be anything other than an offensive analyst.

I am not sure about that. Has he defended his dissertation yet? He could be on the faculty, and I also believe he knows more about the offense than most position coaches in the country. He has always been a great student of the game and he has proven leadership ability. Promoting him to OC would be one of the boldest moves in College football history. Comparable to making Knute Rockne head coach at Notre Dame three years after he graduated from Notre Dame. He won six mythical national championships.(every national football championship has been mythical so far including the one they will play this Monday.)

Just because he was good at QB when he was here doesn't mean he knows how to call plays, how to make adjustments. Again, he's only qualified to be an offensive analyst today. He has zero coaching experience. Not saying he couldn't ever be a good coordinator. It's just not this season.

I thought it was part of a QB'S job to call plays and make adjustments --ever heard of something called audibles --check downs --reading the defense

If he called an audible as many times as norvell called a play, then Norvell sucked at calling plays.

What you mentioned was already clearly stated in the conversation.

Reading comprehension is not your strong suit is it?
