For the first time EVER in it's 112 years of basketball Louisiana Tech will play LSU in North Louisiana today. The game isn't in Ruston (Bossier City) so it technically isn't a 'home game', but we'll certainly take it. We're making progress.

Absolutely they are. Undefeated and #19 ranked nationally. They have a huge size advantage over us, but that's why they play the game on the court and not on paper.

Played with tremendous grit today. Just didn’t go your way in the final minutes. Was pulling for you hard down the stretch.

Just Curious do walk up tickets include the exorbitant “extra fees”?


Break down of ticket fees

2 x $32 tickets (decent not great seats)

2 x $15.20 Service Fees = $30.40
2 x $4.00 Facility Charge= $8.00
2 x $4.35 Processing Fees= $8.70

Total $47.1

$47.1/ $64 = 74%

The additional fees were 74% the price of the actual tickets

Has anyone ever experienced fees that high? Or I am behind the times on this one

LSU defense is really good. One of the top defenses in college basketball.

Their length 6’11, 6’8, 6’8, 6’7, 6’5, 6’5 was giving us fits on the perimeter.

Our defense played well and LSU had their lowest offensive point total of the season.

LSU has the state Lafayette included. But they did send buses loaded with fans from Baton Rouge as well.

Not into moral victories, but only Penn St has played LSU closer than LA Tech did. All of the other teams on their schedule got manhandled. It was a good crowd and several of their fans were very complimentary of Tech's talented team.

Couldn't watch the game, but you guys gave 'em a tussle. Nice job. Saw on ESPN that you had a halftime lead and that it was still tied at 57-57 with under 3 minutes left.
