Tomorrow’s Trojans Wrestling Cancelled
LITTLE ROCK – Little Rock wrestling's home dual against CSU-Bakersfield, scheduled for this Sunday at the Jack Stephens Center, has been canceled due to positive cases of COVID-19 within the Trojan program and quarantine protocols. As of now, the dual will not be rescheduled.

RE: Tomorrow’s Trojans Wrestling Cancelled
Sports is going to be a mess once again. Just in the last week, or so, we have cancelled 3 women's games, 1 men's game, and a wrestling match. When we blamed our basketball cancellations on "flu-like symptoms", I wondered if it was Covid. I guess it really doesn't matter, as they both are apparently going to be bad this winter. It's depressing that we may be looking at another season of cancellations and postponements.

Apparently this is affecting games all over the country. Too many to list, but dozens of games cancelled (men's and women's) including men's programs like Memphis, Tennessee, Syracuse, UCLA, Kentucky, and UNC to name a few. What a mess.

Note- UK and UNC are playing each other today. They had games cancelled this week due to Covid cases in their opponents' programs.

RE: Tomorrow’s Trojans Wrestling Cancelled
We have been going to games this season, and booked an AirBnb in Pensacola as well. However, I have a feeling my wife may change her opinion about attending games if the Omicron threat continues to grow. She still feels that we are quite safe, having been boosted, but worries about carrying the virus to our 5-month old twin grandchildren (born 2 months premature) who live in the Little Rock. I can't really blame her as they are still "high risk" and, of course, unvaccinated. Right now, I have no idea if our men will even play the game scheduled for this week.
