Steve Logan, Lennie Stokes, Rod Flowers, and DONALD LITTLE came out on the court.
Is that the first time that The Don has returned to UC since the unfortunate hot clothes hanger incident?
He looked good.
Meach interviewed him on his podcast last year, and The Don came off well spoken and articulate.
I can’t remember the details, but I remember coming away from the interview with more sympathy for The Don.
He was a smart guy. Pretty sure he had good grades at uc and graduated early. I knew a couple people that worked with him at Montgomery Inn when he was at uc and just raved about him.
I was shocked when I heard about the incident but some people have demons that seem to come out when alcohol is involved. Hope he's figured things out.
During the 00-01 season my dad worked with someone who was Donald Little's previous roommate and was able to get us tickets, but Little put them all under my dad's name, which apparently wasn't allowed. So we got to hang out just outside the locker room and wait for him to come out and write down each of us individually. Ten year old me was ecstatic that Donald Little wrote my name somewhere. MY dad asked him if he could throw a few dunks down for us that night. He ended up missing two dunks.
Those last two lines made me laugh out loud

It made me happy to see The Don looking good last night.
I rooted for all these guys, and they brought me a lot of fun and great memories. I want them all to have good lives.
