Until you're in your 50s and 60s, you don't understand how little you knew in your 20s and 30s. Particularly about people.

regardless what I saw happening today 40+ yrs ago (missed it by a decade - ‘30), you are XACLY! correct!!!

I've known people that are gone at 60 and 80+ year olds that are as mentally sharp as many people in their prime. I think we need to focus on cognitive tests after a certain age more than strictly age limits. Spongebrain and Nancy are but two examples of definitely needing cognitive testing on a regular basis.

...and how did those cognitive tests gone for THE SOB? Oh, you say he hasn't taken one? There's your answer, first you have to mandate it.

One part of this test is pouring piss out of boot with the directions written on the heel. I wonder if he passed this part of the test?
