RE: Mount Olive game
I have more interest in the Icelandic curling team than I do this game. Anything less than a 25+ pt. beatdown of Mt. Olive will be a failure. And if Sims is still at PG and Phillips plays 16-22 minutes, I will assume Siddle has already given up on this team.

A beatdown? Man, just a win would be a positive at this point. Remember, Seahawks struggled against DIII Guilford College at home recently. We gotta win first, just for something positive mentally. Margin won't matter.

That's my point. Just winning isn't good enough. It's time for a radical change just weeks before we start conference play. We suck right now. If we're "just getting the win" against Mt. Olive, that's a massive failure and it means nothing has changed. I don't care if we have to bench every starter. I don't care if we have to let Phillips, Thomas, Harvey, Saamb and McGriff play for 40 minutes and sit everyone else. We are literally one of the worst teams in the country so what, exactly, do we have to lose? The status quo is not good enough, and a few minor changes is not good enough. I want to see Phillips and Harvey take 15 shots each instead of Sims and Okauru and if we have to bench them to make it happen, sobeit. I want to see McGriff on the court and whether he can actually handle a pass and shoot the ball without turning it over. As good as he is on defense, Kelly has hands of stone. I want to see massive change for the better or at least massive changes to send the message that what we are doing isn't acceptable. And I want to see a whole lot of movement, picks, cuts regardless of who is on the court.

RE: Mount Olive game
App beat Erskine by 27 tonight who just lost to Mt. Olive by 19 so common opponent math makes App 8 points better than Mount Olive.

There isn't really a debate. There are a few that will defend what's going on despite what's in front of our eyes.

I can play your game. Despite their atrocious record, they have been rather competitive against a tough schedule, mostly all on the road. They were battle tested and put us to the brink. The MEAC is up and coming, just ask Norfolk State...

Now that we are back to being mostly serious, it was a disaster. Coppin forgot to even bring their uniforms. I am just glad we avoided total embarrassment by losing after playing so poorly. Even a bad win is still a win. An Ugly win is still a win. If we play like that in CAA play we are a middle of the pack team.

I don’t think there was any reason to dig at Dan for his initial comment.

Furthermore, we’re really not in a position to make fun of anyone’s wins. Just saying.

I’m just messing with Dan here. And, I like Dan btw. Drexel needs more good fans like him. Heck, we all need more good fans like him.

I also know that Coppin is way better than record .

Ironically...our practice jerseys. So they were wearing their own yellow shorts with our navy blue practice tops. Drexel's announcers struggled keeping Coppin's players straight since obviously the numbers werent their actual numbers

Not to derail your important game against Mount Olive, but here was a writeup on the craziness that Coppin is enduring Link. Lets all be glad neither of our schools have to do this

For the record, I'd assume the Iceland folks are pretty good at curling :)

Good story. College sports are link the Red Queen in Alice in Wonderland programs have to run faster and faster just to stay in the same place.

As for our important game against Mount Olive, I for one would like to see both our real point guards (hint: the guy who has recently be starting at point is not one of them) on the floor a a lot. They have been the straw that stirs the drink (when it has been stirred).

If UNCW curled against Iceland, would Siddle try to convert Sims into a curler?
