UAB has gotten a number of good players over the years who got hurt late and had schools back off of their offer. Roddy White was one, IIRC.

He'd be a big pull. The good thing about taking the losses we have is that it creates roster spots to fill - if we get good recruits to fill them.

It has to be PWO because non of those schools on that graphic are DI. Majority of those schools are DIII...

It’s a PWO. Also, any player can sign a letter of intent; that isn’t a scholarship. Remember that when you watch all these signing ceremonies. Letter of intent is just a legal document binding the player to the school, not the school to the player. There is actually no need to even sign one of those, tbh
