I imagine UAB fans would feel the same way if the Blazers had the same history and resume but then got the third-place team from the MAC in a bowl game on the other side of the country. I don't take them venting their disappointment and frustration over the system to be directly insulting to UAB. But if it is fuel for the Blazers, so be it.
