Who is your favorite team's rivals?
Hello AAC Fans,

With the help of message board members beginning in 2014, we—the students and professors of the Know Rivalry Project—began studying rivalries in college football We now want to share our data and survey with you and hopefully start a rivalry conversation. We are interested in studying rivalries among AAC teams as conferences realign over the next few years.

Our previous results have been featured in numerous sports media outlets, as well as the Wall Street Journal and New York Times. We only ask that you complete the survey before viewing the rivalry data.

We use the Qualtrics online survey software for data collection. This academic research is approved by two US universities' Institutional Review Boards (IRB) and it poses no risks to participants. You'll find more information on the disclosure agreement that is required to begin the survey. Thank you for helping us to include your favorite school by participating and please feel free to share this with any other fans who may also be interested

RE: Who is your favorite team's rivals?
Tough to say, we move around too much to really have rivals. I'll answer it for past, present and future:

Past: Texas, A&M, Rice (not until 1971 however)

Present: Rice, Tulsa (?), Memphis (basketball), Cincinnati (basketball)

Future: Rice, Baylor, Texas Tech, TCU, Kansas (if we stay great in basketball), Oklahoma State
