Is Marshall's basketball arena outdoors? If not, what is that blue in the bottom-right of the picture behind the people sitting in the stands?

Its not outdoors, but sometimes it will get hot in the arena and they will open doors to the outside. I'm not sure if thats what you are seeing though.
