Heard....SBC has this great unity we rarely saw in CAA. Will be cheering for all SBC teams from now on, except for 8 football games per year

Im experiencing the same thing.
Cusa has not been the same since schools like wki and fau came in.
Was it WKU and FAU coming in, or ECU, Houston, UCF, etc. leaving?

I would say the last time there was any unity in CUSA was when the original 6 football schools announced plans to form a conference, but even then, Louisville was pushing its own agenda.

To skip the first year of the transition, JMU must have 5 home FBS games. 4 from the Sunbelt help, but they will still need to quickly secure a fifth home FBS game. I would be checking with the NCAA to see if Sam Houston or Jacksonville St. would count abd schedule a game if they would count as an FBS team for the transition.

Sound like the BIg 12. It looked good on paper, but there were constant issues.

Louisville was kicked out (or at least a vote threatened) of CUSA for a short time for blocking ECU from becoming a football only member early on. Then they bolted for the Big East. Louisville were terrible CUSA mates.
