I would guess Brady would stay on with Manning and look for something after the year when a new coach is hired.

Sherman is doing fine out at Iowa making ~250k which is like making a million bucks in DC area or NYC. Sherm obviously just made a better assistant than head man and there is nothing wrong with that.
