Don't you have to occasionally actually return a punt every so often in order to get that reward? He only had three punt returns that gained more than one yard the entire year, and only 8 punt returns total. I mean, he watched the ball bounce in front of him good as hell, so maybe he got the nod for that.
 Hopefully a better punt returner next year
