Cut the rotation and play our best players.
Also, give the young players some basic structure for offense.
If they play us man to man, I'd like to see us play more 3-man on one side of the floor with Duren, Bates/Q and Nolley/Williams, and always have one of your best two 3pt shooters on the other side. Get really really good at executing the basic scheme.
Against zone I'd like to see us swing that ball around from side to side with Williams or Nolley flashing to the ft line. Keep it simple, but get really sharp and fast with it.
I really believe that you have to give young players a simple effective structure and just focus on executing it well.
