From the information that has been available I've thought these guys were going down no question. I thought they would be found guilty. When they were found guilty I thought justice was served.

Justice is based solely on the law in question of being validated and the facts surrounding the breaking of that law. Assumptions and feelings are not to be considered at all.

So, based on that and this commentary from a self-defense attorney I now wonder.

Is this the first time in history that an unarmed man testified in court that he pointed a gun at the man who murdered him?
