Injuries
Last night appeared to be a meaningless game for the Huskeis which is somewhat disappointing but also understandable. I do agree with resting Rocky. However my biggest fear came true last night with a couple key players going down with injuries.

Lippe- looked like his left knee /leg got rolled on while holding a block. Hopefully it's just a knee sprain and perhaps could come back for championship. Out of all the injuries this is probably the least concerning imo as Champe can fill in.

Hansen- missed his injury. does anyone know what happened with him? Hopefully just banged up as our DBs are already young and thin and he's a pretty solid tackler .

Lance- he was down for a while and appeared to re-injury his shoulder. this is probably the most concerning to me as our defense is already bad and he's one of the few seniors on the team . big blow if he's out

Cox went down briefly but returned. He's fine.
Prophet was down late and he was already filling in for Hansen. Not sure it's a big blow as he's still an undersized freshman but man oh man...

Anyone see what I saw?

Go Huskies

Lance was giving thumbs up signal on sidelines.

did not see that, but I wasn't able to make the game so that explains it. Hopefully just a shoulder stinger. I was worried it could've been bad. Hopefully he's back for the championship game. He's one of the most, if not the most, valuable defensive player for us.

RE: Injuries
Lippe was walking around the bench area laughing and joking after his injury, I'm guessing he'll be fine.

Yep, as he walked behind the sidelines many of the players were checking in on him and he kept doing thumbs-up
We will need an outstanding performance from him and D to win next week. Personally I think we will be underdogs again.
