Not sure how you come up with all that.
GP had Va Tech as his "unranked team that could crack the top 10 this year".
The challenge is that our top 2 players are supposed to be playing in HS tournaments this weekend.
The talent is there for sure.
And if this game was in February, I'd be with you.
But right now, a 3-point win sounds about right to me.

Maybe I think more highly of our guys than you...Or less of V. Tech than you.

But I think this team without the Freshmen should be a tourney team. I would call that a pick'em vs. V. Tech.

I have a hard time seeing that. without the freshman, the team is like a donut, a big hole in the middle. Dandridge has been a big disappointment so far this season. Don't see C. Lawson helping a lot in the middle either.

So you think if Penny doesn't land the Freshman that we go another year without a tourney appearance.

I still see a solid starting 5...Malcolm instead of Moussa...Definite drop off in the middle. We would be seeing much more Minott and possibly Camden...Both tall guys who could steal minutes at the 4.

But I still think what is left would have been enough to have made the dance. Wouldn't have gone far...But would have at least made it

Up by 3 without much contribution from the Freshmen...

Give these guys some credit.

I agree. He is the emotional and vocal leader. He is makes plays at the right time and has a knack for being in the right place at the right time but he makes a lot of unforced errors.

You can run your offense through him for a play or two every so often but it would not be good to try and run the offense through him all game.

He does a good job of breaking down the defense and can score 1 on 1.

2nd on the team in assists last year behind Lomax...Nobody else really close. I think calling him a garbage man is not accurate...The guy can get his own.

I thought the final play of the 1st half by Alex Lomax and Malcolm Dandridge was huge and deserve a lot of credit. It gave us momentum going into the locker room during a time we were struggling a bit. Nice play.

He probably will. He was using the buy games to get everyone involved. Our depth was a big reason we won last night. The ends of both halves it looked like they got tired

The problem is that we have too many good players. I agree that Lomax and Harris should not be on the floor together, and I don't think you can put Harris and Junior on the floor at the same time.
