Seattle should be forced to start football or be kicked out of the WAC! This is a TEXAS RAN CONFERENCE. Add it or gtfo!

You know, the Lone Star Conference just added a few schools from Washington, Oregon and Canada. Maybe Seattle should just drop to D2 and join them. The 350 seat auditorium they play basketball in would fit better there.

Just something to debate about. If you look on ESPN and other sports media, they refer to D1A and D1AA standings, If as shown on the earlier post above, the trophy indicates D1 with no appendix. The NCAA website calls the playoff bracket D1 FCS Football bracket. It is the post season, what difference does it make. If there wasn't a distinction between FBS and FCS who believes any of the teams in this bracket would compare to Georgia, Alabama or even Cincinnati.

No one, anywhere, refers to FCS as D1. I have never heard it called that until the TX4 arrived to this board. Heck, I thought FCS and DII were the same thing!

I was looking at the polls on ESPN and they are labeled FBS and FCS. There was also an article I just read about the new UMASS hire and they referred to a stint of his in FCS, not D1. Folks can split hairs about trophy labels, D1A/D1AA or anything else you want to call it. The rest of the world uses FBS and FCS.
