On the Radio it did say that the person who did it apologized

Tulane vs Drexel game is in a 34-minute, and counting, RAIN DELAY! Leaky ceiling. No time estimate is forthcoming of when the game may be restarted! Tulane is up 57-53, 12:15 left in second half.

Tulane tops Drexel by 3, 90-87, in OT . . . after long delay to fix leaking ceiling.

Team played its best offense of the year by far. Defense wasn't great but did improve a bit as the game progressed. Definitely Milner and Dennis/Davis/Daniels best games of the year. Farmer played more, Hill didn't play for the first time this year. Hasn't quite looked the same since his foot injury midseason last year, imo. This game was kind of a reverse of previous Rocket games under TK where we often lost close games because our defense didn't create any turnovers while the opponent made a few more scrappy plays and steals. In contrast the Rockets had the more aggressive defense with active hands, which made up for our poor interior defense and Charlotte getting too many layups. However, give it up to Shumate and the help for turning the D on a bit at the end. It was 1 point game before we closed them out in the final few minutes.
Feeling good about Tulane. They basically played 2 games in 1. PLayed for 30 minutes, had a long delay, came back out and played the rest of regulation and overtime. At least the Rockets will get more rest and have a little less wear on their legs in game 2.
Winners bracket is Toledo-Tulane, Valpo-Coastal Carolina (COVID bye)

Charlotte held Jacobi, Burge, Carcoanan, Iceland Guy, Saunders, and Edu scoreless.
While it was a high scoring game, I think the Rockets' defensive stops down the stretch won the game for them as Charlotte only made 1 of their last 11 shots in the game.
Another key stat: In the last five minutes of the first and second halves, Toledo outscored Charlotte 28-12 and had zero turnovers.

Perhaps more like a relative conditioning issue? Announcers said on a couple occasions that Charlotte didn't have depth but the stats say they played their bench a few minutes more than us. I think they were gassed. Charlotte had quickly made up 7-9 points about the ten minute mark. The one I recall most vividly was a too much Rollins episode. I think in game I mentioned they'd gotten out of team mode. who knows. Could be normal back and forth.
I'm not going to put too much weight on this game. Charlotte didn't look solid to me. A win is a win.
