gdunn, how is Lil Butcher Shoppe's boudin? Their sweet fire is my go to smoked sausage, but I've never tried their boudin because I can throw a rock and hit any of the top 5 places to get boudin no matter if it hits Best Stop, Billeauds, Nunus, Dons, or Billys.

gdunn, how is Lil Butcher Shoppe's boudin? Their sweet fire is my go to smoked sausage, but I've never tried their boudin because I can throw a rock and hit any of the top 5 places to get boudin no matter if it hits Best Stop, Billeauds, Nunus, Dons, or Billys.

To be honest, never had theirs. Growing up my dad would stop somewhere in Lafayette on his way home and pick some up or when my buddies would work offshore they'd pick some up down in South LA. I don't trust grocery store boudin or boudin from someone who can't speak Cajun French.
