The FDA’s response? It produced nothing. So, in September, my firm filed a lawsuit against the FDA on behalf of this group to demand this information. To date, almost three months after it licensed Pfizer’s vaccine, the FDA still has not released a single page. Not one.

Instead, two days ago, the FDA asked a federal judge to give it until 2076 to fully produce this information. The FDA asked the judge to let it produce the 329,000+ pages of documents Pfizer provided to the FDA to license its vaccine at the rate of 500 pages per month, which means its production would not be completed earlier than 2076. The FDA’s promise of transparency is, to put it mildly, a pile of illusions [ZH, we note that the FDA justifies this by claiming that the rate of 500 pages per month "is consistent with processing schedules entered by courts across the country in FOIA cases," and blames the plaintiffs for "its own broad FOIA request"].

It took the FDA precisely 108 days from when Pfizer started producing the records for licensure (on May 7, 2021) to when the FDA licensed the Pfizer vaccine (on August 23, 2021). Taking the FDA at its word, it conducted an intense, robust, thorough, and complete review and analysis of those documents in order to assure that the Pfizer vaccine was safe and effective for licensure. While it can conduct that intense review of Pfizer’s documents in 108 days, it now asks for over 20,000 days to make these documents available to the public.

So, let’s get this straight. The federal government shields Pfizer from liability. Gives it billions of dollars. Makes Americans take its product. But won’t let you see the data supporting its product’s safety and efficacy. Who does the government work for?

The lesson yet again is that civil and individual rights should never be contingent upon a medical procedure. Everyone who wants to get vaccinated and boosted should be free to do so. But nobody should be coerced by the government to partake in any medical procedure. Certainly not one where the government wants to hide the full information relied upon for its licensure until the year 2076!

There should be heads on pikes. Pfizer is not to be trusted. Big Pharma is not to be trusted. It wouldn't bother me one bit if they all just disappeared.

How many of you know that when Reagan signed the legislation that gave them all immunity from liability, most of the industry was teetering on bankrupcy due to all the lawsuit payouts. Now, they have more money than many small countries and are raking it in for their poison shots.

I really appreciated Reagan but on that one, he got played. If and when the real truth of this supposed pandemic comes out and is common knowledge, I'd like to see some brave congress critters swear off their Big Pharma protection $$ (campaign contributions) and pass legislation re-instating Pharma's liability for their products.

The FDA Produced First Batch of ‘Confidential’ Vaccine Docs — Now We Know Why It Will Take 55 Years

As reported earlier, the FDA does not intend to fully release the clinical trials information used to justify its authorization of the Pfizer-BioNTech ‘vaccine’ for 55 years. “The FDA has proposed to produce 500 pages per month which, based on its calculated number of pages, would mean it would complete its production in nearly 55 years – the year 2076,” the court filing said. “Until the entire body of documents provided by Pfizer to the FDA are made available, an appropriate analysis by the independent scientists that are members of Plaintiff is not possible.”

Two months after the lawsuit was filed, the FDA has produced the first 91 pages of the “more than 329,000 pages potentially responsive to Plaintiff’s FOIA request.” The findings, taken directly from the produced documents, are cited below.

“It is estimated that approximately [REDACTED] doses of BNT162b2 were shipped worldwide from the receipt of the first temporary authorisation for emergency supply on 01 December 2020 through 28 February 2021,” the document states.

“Cumulatively, through 28 February 2021, there was a total of 42,086 case reports (25,379 medically confirmed and 16,707 non-medically confirmed) containing 158,893 events,” the FDA document continues. “Most cases (34,762) were received from United States (13,739), United Kingdom (13,404) Italy (2,578), Germany (1913), France (1506), Portugal (866).”

Well then, my corpse will get the jab in 2076 after it reads all the data showing the crimes against humanity that was hidden from us. On second thought, my corpse will still be smart enough to decline.
