I don't think you will have any issues....
Thank you Sir.
Parking spots are really tight but yeah I don't think the clearance will be an issue. Might want to ask the person directing people in to spots if you can go off on your own, that's what I did Saturday and Sunday after we could barely get out of my car for the Carlow game lol
Thanks for that feedback. Will probably do that then, just ask them to let me pull ahead so I can back in easy and make everyone's life easier.

Based on what you peeps are saying about Mason vs MD, this may be a game that having 10 guards and 2 forwards is exposed as a problem, at least when playing top 50 programs

Yeah, I think JMU will have to use some fouls in the paint to keep Oduro from dominating. He isn’t a great athlete, but he is very skilled and JMU doesn’t have someone who can matchup on the inside. Likely to see some things we saw against ODU with fronting the post, double teaming if the ball enters the post, and then may still need to use fouls before he gets into shooting position.
Wooden would be a good sacrificial lamb to be our early goon on Friday. If Amadi or Sule foul out, we will be terribly thin on the interior defense and probably start to give up easy buckets.
Mason is hitting a strong 42% from 3 for the year. That can’t keep up, at least I hope not against a quick guard defense.

Parking spots and seats both! Not even like I have a big vehicle, it's just an MKZ but I'm hoping it gets through the season without any dings lol

RE: GMU @ JMU Men's Basketball Friday Night
Looks like Mason will need to recruit a new Shooting Guard, condolences to the victims family
Quote:Police arrested George Mason signee Cameron Walker in connection with the October robbery and murder of a 24-year-old man in Alpharetta, Ga. According to the statement, police identified Walker and high school teammate Jonathan Murray as the perpetrators.
From the statement:
Tonight, the Alpharetta Police Department, with the assistance of the North Fulton SWAT team, arrested Cameron Walker (17) and Jonathan Murray (18) for the Robbery and Murder of Connor Mediate.
Police arrested the two on charges of murder and criminal attempt to commit armed robbery. The alleged incident took place on October 14 and claimed the life of a 24-year-old man.
According to a report from the Washington Post, both Walker and Murray played in Milton High’s season-opening game Wednesday night. Police arrested the pair following the game. Both are being held without bond.
Walker announced his commitment to George Mason in late August. Associate head coach Dennis Felton talked about signing Walker in a video the team posted to social media.
“Cam is one of those feel good stories,” he said at the time. “Cam just kept kind of commanding our attention, and it’s easy to say why. It was his toughness, his competitive edge, his willingness to do whatever it takes to win a possession.”
George Mason did not respond to a request for comment from the Washington Post.

HUGE pet peeve or mine. Some designers want to squeeze as many possible spots into a space. What you get is MAYBE a few dozen more spots, but EVERYONE is miserable with dings, dents, and contorting your a$$ to get in and out.

I have a new Telluride. Didn't notice spots were that small last year but nobody else was there.
Where else can you park and walk over?

Walmart?
smart a$$ aside, since it's fall break, the surface parking lots nearby should be more vacant than they would be if class was in session, but you're gambling against a ticket from parking services. Again, since school is out you're probably safe, but don't take my word for it.

I parked in the surface lot next to the field hockey field for the ODU game as I don’t like tight parking garages. I don’t recall the lot #, but according to the athletics web site its available for game day parking. If that’s full, C10 would be an option as you head closer to I81. Walk isn’t bad at all.

When I lived in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek area, Milton HS was sanctioned for major basketball recruiting violations so they have had blemishes over the years.

Horrible story.
On another note how early do they start basketball down there? Here in NJ we don’t have first practices for winter sports until the Monday after thanksgiving.

I think this is gonna be a really good game, afraid there's a good chance it's our first loss... But I'll stay optimistic with the prediction, I don't know if I could bring myself to predict a loss to these dbags anyway.
