Ratcovich? Devaux

Lance has been up and down all year. rat will be missed but the young backs are only going to get better.
Layfette will be back too. So added plus that we haven’t seen all season. Instant upgrade in the secondary

Ratcovich’s blocking will be as missed as his running. Devaux hasn’t had a great year but he still leads the team in TFL and is second in total tackles. I think both those guys brought leadership to the D and O. But I agree overall the defense will be improved next year. The offense….not sure. Richie and Rat are major losses. If Rudolph gets hurt you become very one dimensional. But you never know who may step up and surprise.

Will Pugh still be eligible next year if he decides he still wants to play?

Eligible for what, Medicare?

I think Ham is smart enough to take advantage of the transfer portal again this year and will be looking HARD for a WR that can start from day one and wouldn't be surprised they go after a LB to for some depth.

What would be wrong to have a teammate that is a member of AARP?

Allegedly, Pugh is coming back next year according to an ex-equipment staffer that worked for the football team under Rod.

I guess if he has NFL dreams you have to have some sort of recent game tape to show the scouts?

So this would be his seventh season of eligibility if he does come back? If he doesn't get drafted in the NFL, at least he has his Doctorate to fall back on.

Kyle would be only the second player to ever have 8 years of eligibility. Some guy named Jared Folks, who played for Temple and East Tennessee State, just accomplished it this year.

That was very funny. No way Pygh will be granted another year. If he is, what PhD program is he completing

I feel like we would have seen him on the sidelines and such more this season if that was the case.

Congrats to NIU from Ypsilanti MI! This was a gigantic turnaround season that should engender a huge amount of Huskie Pride. I genuinely salute your football team!
As for the CMU fan dissatisfaction, CMU won the MAC West in McElwain's first season largely because they drew the creampuffs Akron and Bowling Green in their crossover games. They subsequently lost the MACC game to Miami and got absolutely BOAT RACED by San Diego State in the bowl, a true embarrassment to the MAC conference. Please, please, don't be CMU.
Get the **** gotta here. We came back from down 17 points and you act like the FG was a ******* tap in putt. We've been to the championship game 50% of the time since it's move to ford field and we're some kind of laughingstock? Go look in a ******* mirror you clown.
Hey I was just trying to give you a pat on the back after an 0-6 season. I looked in the mirror and while I cannot dispute the fact that I am clownish in appearance, the Vegas line favored last place WMU in your game tonight by FOUR FREAKING POINTS and you are at home. Your coach and team did a GREAT job this year but apparently there are many that doubt your excellence beyond CMU fans.
I'm just sayin, congrats on the MAC West Championship and when you go to a bowl game, don't get obliterated by a fellow Group of Five team like the Chips did in 2019! That was a huge step back for the conference!

Thanks. I'm not optimistic about our bowl chances, since we still don't have a defense really. At least we have a coach that will take the bowl game seriously though. Our last several bowl games were a complete fiasco since we always looked completely unprepared. I was surprised the line wasn't more, in favor of WMU.

You disgust me. Show some respect for your elders. He was a part of the great Huskie class that won us a National Championship in the 1963 Mineral Water Bowl with George Bork.
He's so old, Joe Novak calls him for advice. F'n Gen Zers!

Bill Mallory is from the Kyle Pugh coaching tree.
The line was such because it was at least highly suspected our starters would be sitting.
