Sources telling me they'll finish fourth... at best.

Yes Tarleton was a very inept D2 program when the WAC added them to the league, lol. The MBB program went to 14 NCAA Tournaments from 2000-2019. Four Elite 8’s, Two Final Four’s and was ranked #1 in the nation for nine weeks. They beat Baylor, TCU and took Texas A&M to the wire in 2007. The Tarleton Football team had back to back undefeated regular seasons in their last two years at the Division II level. The Women’s Basketball team was a perennial NCAA Tournament team under Ronnie Hearne and Misty Wilson. The women's golf team won the NCAA Regional for 8 or 9 consecutive years. Please explain to me how Tarleton was an inept D2 athletic department?

Someone is jealous haha

but New Mexico State has been at the top of the WAC since 2006, including the years the WAC was getting two bids every year so not sure what you're talking about.

Yeah, stupid UConn for losing to an average mid-major. Damn Miami, Washington State, Mississippi State and Davidson for losing to NMSU too.

Tu es un pendejo, calmete'.
Excuse me? I don't speak mexican.

Correctioin. You don't speak intelligent
I believe its *correction ya moron 03-drunk

Oh the irony.

Most Aggie fans are Hispanic of Mexican descent. Let's not be ignorant now. Some of our ancestors have been here longer then the Pilgrims and we also descend from the great Pueblo people of New Mexico who have been around almost 2,000 years. I know you Texans like to call yourselves "Cowboys" but even Cowboy culture was taken from the Mexican Vaquero who were the original Cowboys in North America when they arrived in New Mexico in 1598. What happened to the Texas Santa Fe Expedition and at the Battle of Glorieta Pass???? Sam Houston could never beat us New Mexicans, not then, and not now.

You gonna make stuff up and pass it off as fact? Prove that MOST fans are Hispanic of Mexican descent. I have hundreds of NMSU friends, family, alumni, fans, etc. Based on just that, your statement is incorrect. Stop trying to lump people into categories to suit your narrative.

Southern New Mexico (the town of Dona Ana) was first settled by families from El Paso del Norte aka Juarez and then Mesilla was later settled by families from Northern New Mexico, the town of Dona Ana, and Senecu because they all were loyal Mexicans and they didn't want to be govern by the United States. It's why the Mexican spirt lives big in Southern New Mexico . My great great grandmother Josefa Baca, direct descendant of the first settlers who arrived with Juan de Onate in 1598 and 1600. She descends directly on her paternal line from Cristobal Baca and Ana Ortiz. She always identified as Mexican. Some Northern New Mexicans will deny their Mexican heritage even though they eat Tacos, Enchiladas, Tamales, and Pozole. Some in Northern New Mexico wanted to separate themselves from the Mexican immigrants who arrived in the U.S after 1900 so they decided to identify as Hispano instead of Mexican but being Hispano and Mexican is pretty much the same thing. They can identify as what they want but we all still share the same culture, food, language, and we all descend from Spanish Conquistadors and indigenous Mexicans.

I had friends and classmates at NMSU that were white New Mexicans and/or came from Florida, Houston, Boston, etc. I can go on and on. How did what you just write prove that "Most Aggie fans are Hispanic of Mexican descent"? As usual, you are wrong.

Most Aggie fans who are Hispanic are of Mexican descent. It's funny seeing you Hispanos up north claim mariachi music as New Mexican culture yet deny your Mexican heritage. Its' too funny. The modern taco originated in the mines of Mexico (New Spain) during the 1700's yet tacos are a big part of New Mexican cuisine being the #1 item in most New Mexican restaurants but ya'll aren't Mexican though haha funny

How does Coach Allison stories fit into 22-23 WAC Basketball Commitments and Signed?

If it's cool I'd like to talk about my thesis of how Norway has a bigger influence into Seattle than people realize. In the beggining there was a neighbor in Seattle.....

I'm Hispanic of mostly Spanish, and Indigenous ancestry so I think I know the history of my New Mexican "Mexican" ancestors who have been living in New Mexico since 1598 and my Pueblo ancestors who have lived in New Mexico for the last 2,000 years.

I descend from all the first families that arrived in New Mexico in 1598 and 1600.

But back to the topic of WAC Commitments and Signees. NMSU putting together a great recruiting class.

I can confidently say that I speak for everyone when I say nobody gives a ****
