Well it’s definitely a honeymoon period. She seems to bring excitement to the program. Something that’s been lacking since the early Joy Lee McNelis days. Maybe back to the Mary Lou Johns days.

Sure, but women's teams are routinely referred to as "lady" + mascot.

It's just a way to identify which squad we're talking about.

I went to the CBS Sports page and clicked on NCAA BB.

Not a single womens team on the page.

In fact, I'm having a hard time finding a womens BB page on this site.
