From what I understand he had a blister.
At least he got something.. Make no sense Camden not playing when you see scrubs like that Lawson kid getting minutes.. Even Harris as a walk-on contribute a lot more.
I don't understand how bad Lawson looks...
He played a in a bunch of games at Oregon...
Heck he outperformed Precious in our game. But the kid looks slow, weak and uncoordinated.
I have been very confused by this as well.

He looks like an old man out there. Does he have knee problems? The highlights of him at East, he moved well; was a real glue guy for that team.
2 years ago, he played really good defense against James Wiseman and, like was said above, I was really second guessing our decision to pursue Precious over him (as I watched that game).

I've been very impressed with Camden when he's been in games. I think that he can become a pretty good stretch four, if he works at it. Maybe fill some of the role that DJ Jeffries filled during the NIT last year.

I read somewhere to put a bottled water in the freezer and then roll it under your foot for 15-20 minutes. That's all I did and it worked. I had it once when it hurt so badly I could hardly walk and doing that was effective as hell. I had it again and started that process right away, that time it was nowhere near as bad as the first time and it never came back. That was 15 years ago.
The key is to figure out when it gets stiff (after you wake up, sitting for long periods) and before walking on it always stretch it out. Frozen bottle is cool but a racquetball is the best because its hard but has some cushion and you can keep it with you But never walk on it when its in pain, you must stretch it with that ball before walking Also you can find some slippers (mine were called the Bostonians and I got them from a shoestore on Poplar near Yates) with a hard ball in the heel area. Also 800 mg of ibuprofen 4 times per day for a week during the process can help with the inflammation.

Tendons retract or shrink when you sit and lay down. Most important to stretch them out when first getting up. And don't walk barefoot - which I used to do everyday when I got home from work. Get some slippers with some ortho support.
That's prevention.
Once it hits, you have to stretch frequently, roll the iced water bottle, roll the tennis ball, take anti-inflammatories.
At least that's what my podiatrist said and it worked - twice in 20 years.

There is a stretching exercise my doctor gave me to do that cured it pretty quickly. It is easy to do. So, I try to do it for about 30 seconds most mornings and so far, it has not returned in the last 5 years. I think the Podiatrist was just wanting to see me every 3 months so he could give me an injection and keep me around as a long term patient or he was just not up on the latest techniques like UT SOUTHWESTERN was since that is a teaching hospital and they have to stay up on the latest medical info. Not sure, but....second opinions work.
