I suspect it would be a good idea to have a shooting guard that can actually shoot...04-cheers

DDJ needs to make some of those mid-range shots. He's had 5 open ones and is 0-5. It's hard to create off the dribble if you aren't at least a threat to pull up and shoot.

Hopefully McGinnis can improve defensively enough to contribute this year. We could really use his shooting.

He reminds me of Keith LeGree, but LeGree would pass up the shot.

12-0 run, they just needed to get a good sweat going before they could get loose

Great run, playing defense, getting steals, passing the ball to get open looks at the rim.

Lakhin looks like he is just going to destroy the zone when he gets the ball at the foul line.

Don’t like running the last play for a Koval 3, but otherwise nice finish

Really solid defensive intensity to end the half, turned them over A TON, and rebounding looks very good on both ends. Shooting would be nice, but they're making it work.

Pretty impressive after the slow start on offense and defense. UC was giving up way too many easy baskets but appears to have made the necessary adjustments.

He's a better 3 point shooter for his career than everyone but Davenport on our roster right now (yikes), but i don't think that was the first choice. I'm ok with him taking it.

We went on a 21-7 run to close out the last 8min of the half.

I have obviously only seen him play 3 halves of basketball, but he might be one of the best big man passers I've watched at UC. He had a beautiful backdoor pass from the top of the key that our PG's usually can't make, and a nice interior dump down for a dunk in that half.

He has 18 points already, if he catches it deep its almost automatic for him.

Ody's offensive game is...underdeveloped.

He looks like a sophomore year JJ to me.
