That was a great basketball game. I was cheering for the visitors. Gone are the days of rooting against Wood, Travis, Marshall or Tree. I didn't recognize anyone on that court except the block O in the middle. Never have been a fan of that.

If only Akron had guarded the ball on the initial inbounds. Oh well. Go Flashes!

Akron should have denied the ball going to the 2' shot, even adding a defender. Yes I know that leaves someone else open but for one shot to win, I will take my chances of an open 25 footer to a lay in all day long. Just an opinion.

Never ever ever ever ever root for zippys, even against the Suckeyes. Zips are our rival, Suckeyes are not. I can ignore Suckeye fans. If zips would have won last night, their fans would have been even more obnoxious then they already are.

To me, it is more of rooting for the MAC than rooting for the Zips. I would root for any MAC team against OSU.
